1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ATStruggleBuster ("Service") at www.atstrugglebuster.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ATStruggleBuster provides an AI-powered resume evaluation service that analyzes how well your resume matches specific job descriptions. The Service provides scoring, recommendations, and insights to help improve your job application success rate.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

• Each resume evaluation consumes one (1) credit
• New users receive one (1) complimentary credit upon registration
• Additional credits must be purchased in packages: 15 credits ($3), 100 credits ($15), or 500 credits ($50)
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts

4.2 Purchases and Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe
• You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Disputed charges should be directed to admin@theextravaganthobo.com within 30 days

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service's security
• Use the Service for any purpose other than resume evaluation
• Attempt prompt injection or manipulation to bypass intended functionality
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share or resell your account access
• Submit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of the resume and job descriptions you submit
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for evaluation purposes
• You represent that you have the right to submit all content you provide
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content

6.2 Our Content

• The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ATStruggleBuster
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Evaluation results are provided for your personal use only

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Evaluation results are AI-generated suggestions and should not be the sole basis for career decisions.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATSTRUGGLEBUSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATStruggleBuster, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms
• You may terminate your account by contacting me at admin@theextravaganthobo.com
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Unused credits are forfeited upon termination and are non-refundable

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may update these Terms periodically with notice via email or the Service
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

12. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

13. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ATStruggleBuster
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours without restriction
